Possibilities are seemingly endless on every front, with some of the best fishing and catching of the year.
The forecast:
Hampton Roads: Flounder and sheepshead top the inshore list, with yellowfin tuna and billfish leading the way offshore .
Flounder are numerous, but a large portion of catches are coming in at just under the 17 -inch minimum length requirement. There have been plenty of fish, however, topping the state's 7 -pound weight and 26-i nch release citation award minimums.
