Article: US FTC clears way for Cephalon's acquisition of CIMA.(Federal Trade Commission)(CIMA LABS Inc.)(Brief Article)

Almost a year since it outbid aaiPharma for CIMA Labs, Cephalon says that the US Federal Trade Commission has accepted a consent agreement that clears the way for it to complete its $385 million acquisition of CIMA (Marketletter September 1, 2003). The companies expect the transaction to close within the next few days.
