Aug. 15--ROBIN M. FOSTER has joined the staff of the Victoria Advocate as the Cuero bureau reporter covering news and events in DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales and Karnes counties. Foster has served as editor, general manager and reporter for the Dardanelle, Ark. Post-Dispatch and reporter for The Courier of Russellville, Ark, and Southwest Times Record of Fort Smith, Ark. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She and her family live near Nursery.
