Some Vietnam veterans are about to throw the book at John Kerry.
The book - "Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry," to be published Sunday - is the latest round in a fusillade of attacks launched during the past two weeks against the Democratic presidential nominee's Navy service during the Vietnam War.
Even though the book won't hit stores for another day, its contentions have been stoked all week by conservative Web sites and radio talk shows. As a result, "Unfit for Command" already ranks No. 1 on the best-seller lists of amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com.
