ATLANTA - Sports Step Inc., manufacturer and marketer of The Step, which is used in Step Aerobic workouts, is suing Reebok International Ltd., Stoughton, Mass., and has asked that the court prohibit Reebok from releasing its step product and a video called "Step Reebok: The Video."
According to a suit filed Feb. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, Reebok violated a January 1990 licensing agreement with Sports Step.
