HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Flanked by cheerleaders and a marching band, Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner M. Diane Koken led a pep rally today at Central Dauphin East High School to unveil the new logo and advertising campaign for the Children's Health Insurance Program, commonly known as CHIP.
