There aren't many topics drier than personal protective equipment when face to face with 20 laborers in a job trailer. I try to make a solid triangular connection between the worker, his specific activities and his PPE. A slight change in any one of these factors can have disastrous results. A hard hat worn incorrectly during a building demolition may actually be more hazardous than that same hard hat sitting on top of a gangbox. I have enough personal accident statistics to prove it.
