This is what has happened with the cases of the others charged in the investigation of an armed holdup in the parking lot of the Wegmans on East Genesee Street in DeWitt May 29, 2003, and the subsequent armed burglary:
Michael Weaver, 22, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree robbery in the Wegmans incident and was sentenced in February to two years in state prison.
Salvatore Peretore, 20, pleaded guilty to third-degree robbery in the Wegmans incident and is awaiting sentencing.
Landon Drake, 28, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree burglary in the retaliatory incident at Weaver's residence and was sentenced in June to two years in ...
