NEW YORK, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Stock Exchange Chairman and Chief Executive Officer William H. Donaldson today announced the NYSE will mark its 200th anniversary in mid-May by creating a foundation dedicated to improving public educational opportunities for New York City students.
