WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) will celebrate the life of one of its beloved founders, Julia Child, by compiling a memory book of reminiscences and thoughts about the life of the woman who changed the way America eats. "In Celebration of Julia Child: Our Memories" will be a reflection on how she touched the lives of so many individuals all over the world, gathered and preserved by The AIWF. Julia Child passed away on August 13, 2004, two days before her 92nd birthday.
