Pipeline owners Northern Border Partners announced Wednesday that they have finalized an agreement for a 30-mile, 116 MMcf/d pipeline linking its Portland, Tennessee, hub to pipelines owned by North Carolina-based local distribution company Piedmont Natural Gas.
The pipeline will link the Portland, Tennessee hub to interconnects owned by Columbia Gulf Transmission and East Tennessee Natural Gas.
