New York -- Peter Van Raalte, vice president of consumer products at Scholastic Entertainment, has been elected chairman of the board of the International Licensing Merchandisers' Association. Van Raalte has been vice chairman for LIMA for the past two years, and has also served as a member of LIMA's executive board. His term as chairman will run through 2006.
