NEW YORK -- You can accuse Bill Clinton of a lot of things, but being a health nut isn't one of them. Sidelined by the sniffles, laid low by laryngitis, the Arkansas governor is a walking, talking billboard of self-neglect. He has also added about 25 pounds during the campaign. Compared to Clinton, who's 45, 67-year-old George Bush looks positively robust ... except when he has to hurl.
