Jun. 16--Two Twin Ports businessmen are among the new owners of a modular home company, and they expect it to expand enough to build a second plant in addition to its current plant in Detroit Lakes.
Peter Pichetti, formerly a banker, and Ron Gustafson, owner of Superior's Heritage Homes, helped take Dynamic Homes from publicly owned to private. They started working on the buyout several years ago, and shareholders approved the purchase late last year.
Dynamic Homes builds panels and components for homes in its Detroit Lakes plant and ships them to building sites.
