VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Global Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB:GBBI) announced today it has signed an agreement with AEBC Internet Corp (AEBC) to provide Global with VoIP (Voice over the Internet Protocol) technology for the deployment of our myvoxbox.com VoIP telephone service in Canada and the US. AEBC has been developing and testing its VoIP technology for the last year and will provide Global Bancorp with back office billing and customer authorization and authentication as well as VoIP devices for customers.
