(Nasdaq:DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, today announced that it signed an online retail agreement with Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD), a world leader in laptop computers and division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. Based on the agreement, Digital River recently built and launched a co-branded online store for Toshiba, enabling it to market and resell thousands of software titles from Digital River's extensive downloadable software library.
