THEY call it Shakespeare's Country and Stratford-upon-Avon is certainly famous for that. Having three historic theatres to visit makes it one of the world's great cultural centres.
But when you have young children like four-year-old Alex and nine-month- old Ava in tow sitting through three hours of King Lear or Hamlet isn't exactly on the agenda.
Thankfully, there's so much more to this beautiful town.
And even if the children won't allow you to indulge in Shakespeare, you can feel the theatre on every street.
