CARR, RIGGS & INGRAM PARTNER DONATES $500K: Steve Riggs, a partner in the Florida firm of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, and his family have donated half a million dollars to help build a stadium at the local high school.
Riggs was a member of the first graduating class at Fort Walton Beach High School in 1972, and at that time the school did not have practice field, much less a stadium.
When Riggs moved back to the area with his wife Paula to raise their family, the school still did not have a stadium.
