Question: I caught my 11-year-old lying to his grandmother to avoid doing her a favor. I thought it was selfish that he wouldn't do what she needed. He asked me how his lie was different from the lies I've told to my mother. There is a difference, but I didn't know how to explain it. What do you recommend?
