PHOENIX -- Standing in front of his locker well after the conclusion of Wednesday night's victory in St. Louis, Danny Graves said he was simply "tired" in the midst of a long season.
He didn't let on at the time, but he already knew something a bit more serious was going on. The Reds put Graves on the 15-day disabled list Friday with lower back spasms and sent him to Cincinnati to be examined by team medical director Dr. Tim Kremchek today.
Trainer Mark Mann said the Reds won't know the extent of Graves' injury or how long he'll be sidelined until they see the results of the MRI scheduled for today, but they do know he ...
