WAUKEGAN, Ill. -- WMS Gaming Inc., a subsidiary of WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS), announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with famed personality, Clint Eastwood, MGM Consumer Products, and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, for the exclusive North American rights to develop, manufacture and market slot machines based on the celebrity icon's likeness and several of his most famous feature films.
