The Wine Institute, holding its spring meeting Feb. 10-11 at the Silverado resort in the Napa Valley, clapped enthusiastically over the remarks of Dr. Curtis Ellison of the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Ellison was the authority on last November's "60 Minutes" program explaining that the French have much lower rates of heart disease than do northern Europeans and Americans.
