A 250-pound California black bear wandered into a Thousand Oaks family's garage Sunday, the second bear found in the Conejo Valley area this year.
Many longtime residents said they couldn't recall bears in the area before this year, including Salim Haddad, 60, the owner of the home where the bear was found by a water heater.
``A lot of neighbors, they got videos and pictures. It will be nice to sit down and have a good time'' looking at the images, said Haddad, a store owner.
