Lummis: Why do you think that the Japanese public was so cool towad the Gulf war?

Sadria: In order to evaluate the Japanese reponse to the Gulf war, we need a larger comparative perspective. I suggest that we start by looking at reactions from developing countries in the South and from different part os the Wester world.
