Mumbai, Aug 22 (PTI) National Association for Software and Service Companies (Nasscom) is seeking a 30 per cent reduction in telecom tariffs this year, and is planning to approach the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and private players to facilitate a slash in prices.
"We are planning to seek a reduction of around 30 per cent in tariffs, which would be similar to that of previous years, and would discuss the issue with TRAI," Nasscom President Kiran Karnik told PTI in an interview here on Sunday.
