A venture capital firm has won the bidding for Knutson Mortgage Corp., a large Minnesota-based mortgage company held by the government's Resolution Trust Corp.
Goldner Hawn Johnson & Mirrison Inc., Minneapolis, signed a letter of intent to buy the company late last week, according to a source familiar with the deal. The transaction is expected to close in several weeks.
