Brits are more in need of a well-earned Bank Holiday break than ever, as research released by Totally London Festivals Month shows that in addition to Brits working some of the longest hours in Europe, anxiety about work and pressure to keep up-to-date with 'life admin' is encroaching on the nation's weekends. More than a third of Brits (38%) are depriving themselves of their precious Sunday rest time, meaning that over 16.8 million people are effectively working a six-day week.
