The Adriaen's Landing project is revitalizing a rundown, 30-acre section of downtown Hartford, CT. The project includes a convention center, hotel, residential apartments, "town square" entertainment and retail area, a science museum or similar attraction, and parking areas interconnected with pedestrian walk-ways and landscaped open space.

Groundbreaking for the project and for the initial utility work took place in May 2001, and construction is scheduled to continue into late 2005.
