When George O'Leary took over as coach at Central Florida last December, he got the attention of his players in a variety of ways. Two in particular stood out to senior running back Alex Haynes.

The first came in a team meeting with O'Leary, the former Georgia Tech coach whose most recent stop was as an NFL assistant with the Minnesota Vikings.

"He basically came in and said how we were going to do things," Haynes said. "He said it was his way or no way at all."
