More than 33 acres were assembled in North Little Rock in two deals totaling $1.6 million.
HenSmith LLC, led by Lisa Ferrell and James Jackson, bought about 20 acres between the southwest corner of Eighth and Division streets and River Road from The Airetech Corporation Profit Sharing Trust and Paul and Karin Briscoe for $1.1 million.
