Aug. 28--CORALVILLE, Iowa -- Coralville's newest strip center will have no less than four restaurants, three of them concepts new to the area.
HuHot Mongolian Grill hopes to open before Christmas at Coral Valley Market on 25th Avenue, while Boston's the Gourmet Pizza plans to open in January. Iowa City-based Panchero's will open its third local store at the center, and Outback Steakhouse is in the final stages of negotiations for its first Iowa City-area restaurant.
