Aug. 31--VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- The restaurant's prep team was busy chopping meat and vegetables, preparing rolls and mixing sauces.

A line of cooks took those ingredients and turned them into dishes like Cajun jambalaya pasta and avocado egg rolls.

The bartenders were mixing mojitos and sour apple martinis.

The bakery staff listened as a supervisor discussed the finer points of making ice cream desserts and other rich, sweet concoctions.
