MINNEAPOLIS -- Velocity Express Corporation (NASDAQ:VEXP), the leading provider of time critical delivery and logistics solutions, announced today that it has hired Mark Duncan as Director, Healthcare Solutions, to lead its Integrated Supply Solutions Team within the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Velocity, Mark spent eight years at HCA Healthcare, the largest investor owned healthcare company, operator of over 190 hospitals in 23 states. Mark was most recently Director Supply Chain Operations for HCA. He and his team were responsible for providing innovative solutions to the hospital network, saving them hundreds of millions of dollars.
