NEW YORK -- It's going to be a busy fall for Brooks Brothers.
Since buying the venerable specialty store chain in December of 2001, chief executive officer Claudio Del Vecchio and the Brooks Brothers team have worked tirelessly to upgrade the quality and fashion quotient of the company's merchandise offerings. Although there's still work to be done, Del Vecchio is finally comfortable that the brand is ready for its close-up.
And so, in the next several weeks, Brooks will unveil a series of new stores -- downtown Seattle on Sept. 1, Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Conn., on Sept. 4, the Forum Shops at Caesar's in Las ...
