PESHAWAR Aug 31: Radio Station Miran Shah, headquarters of North Waziristan Agency, second of its nature in FATA has started six hours regular transmission in local dialect Pushto from August 29 (Sunday). The initial transmission of the programmes is spread over three hours in the morning (6 a.m. to 9 a.m) and three hours in the evening (6 p.m to 9 p.m.) This was stated by Director General FATA (Media) Shah Zaman while talking to journalists here on Monday. He said, the coverage area consisted of 30 kilometers aerial radius and the programmes would be listened by 50,000 plus tribal population.
