MICROTOUCH SYSTEMS FILES FOR INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
OF 1,350,000 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK
WILMINGTON, Mass., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroTouch Systems, Inc. announced that it filed a registration statement on May 13, 1992, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to a proposed initial public offering of 1,350,000 shares of common stock. Of the total shares, 750,000 will be offered by the company and 600,000 will be offered by certain of its stockholders. The offering price of the stock is expected to be between $13 and $15 per share.
