Tourists will descend on New Glarus again this weekend, doubling the village's population for the annual Wilhelm Tell Festival.
The festival is a cultural celebration of the town's Swiss heritage and its main event is a presentation of Friederich Schiller's play about the Swiss hero.
The story of Tell is a little bit history and a little bit tall tale. Tell was a real person, but whether he shot an apple off his son's head with a crossbow - well, that part might be a bit embellished.
More than 200 volunteers put on the play, and they will sing and dance their way through the story about evil ...
