HANOI, Sept 3 Asia Pulse - "Nuoc Mam Phu Quoc" (Phu Quoc fish sauce), a famous type of dipping sauce in the Vietnamese people's daily meal, is making its way to re-enter the European market.
What sets Phu Quoc fish sauce, which was available in many European countries long time ago, apart are its outstanding ingredient. Producers in Phu Quoc island use only ca com (anchovies), the fish with a high rate of protein found in abundance in the southwestern water areas in their season from August to December every year, to make fish sauce.
