LAFOX, Ill. -- Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (Nasdaq:RELL), a global provider of Engineered Solutions for the industrial power conversion market, today announced it has signed a global franchise agreement with Sypris Solutions, Inc., a recognized world leader with a complete line of current and voltage transducers for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. Under the terms of the agreement, Richardson Electronics will now have global distribution rights for the FW Bell product line of hall-effect and magneto-resistive current sensors offered by Sypris.
