Dubai-based property developer Armada Group has appointed the local APCC as piling contractor for its estimated AED 1,000 million ($272 million) development at Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). APCC is due to start on-site work on 1 September, with completion scheduled for January 2005.
The project calls for the construction of three residential towers with a total of 1,200 apartments, a multi-storey car park and leisure and retail facilities.
Armada expects to issue tenders for the main construction package by November. The development is due for completion in 2007. The local Adrian Safarini is the design consultant.
