Sep. 5--Three executives of West Virginia Radio Corp. have filed an informal objection to license renewals by West Virginia Media Holding's four television stations in the state.
John Raese, Bob Gwynne and Dale Miller told the Federal Communications Commission that the firm failed to disclose 17 option agreements made to major investors, particularly concerning an $8 million investment by the West Virginia University Foundation and an option given to its vice president for investments.
