Sep. 7--GARDEN GROVE, Calif. - More than a week after scrapping plans for a Las Vegas-style resort and casino, city leaders have started over in an attempt to find a major tourist attraction that would tie the city to the Anaheim resort area.
Some residents, meanwhile, said they would rather have a more resident-friendly project that doesn't rely so heavily on tourism dollars.
