DAEGU, South Korea, Sept. 7 (Yonhap) -- Two South Korean police officials will receive a letter of appreciation from Washington State Governor Gary Locke this week for their assistance in finding the family members of two South Korean adoptees in the United States, police officials said Tuesday.Kwon Tae-il, head of an investigation bureau at the Daegu Seobu Police Station, 350 kilometers south of Seoul, and station chief Jung Hong-shik will be presented with the state governor's citation Friday, according to the officials.
