President Gloria MacapagalArroyo and First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo leave today to Brunei Darussalam to attend the royal wedding of Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah Bolkiah and his bride-to-be commoner Sarah Salleh in a traditional Bruneian ceremony.
In less than a week since their visit to mainland China, the First Couple will leave Manila again at around 6 a.m. for an overnight stay in Brunei Darussalam without the usual big delegation of Cabinet officials who usually join the President in her foreign travels.
