POINT RICHMOND, Calif., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Argosy University/San Francisco Bay Area today announced a new School Partnership Program designed to raise the quality of education in East Bay schools by providing local teachers the opportunity to earn advanced degrees with the help of tuition grants.

Through the new program, Argosy University/San Francisco Bay Area will offer tuition grants to employees of partner school districts in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
