A Carpentersville man charged with swinging a machete outside a Hanover Park bar in December was back in court Saturday, arrested after skipping a court date related to his case.
James Ferguson, 28, who told police he recently moved in with his mother on Greenwood Avenue in Carpentersville, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly threatening a bouncer at Bungalow Joe's, 7406 Jensen Blvd., on Dec. 12, 2003.
