Five months into its reorganization program, W.R. Grace (Boca Raton, FL) is going full tilt with sell-offs to attain a profile where "when Grace management sits down, it has gotten this menage down to something we can handle," in the words of Donald H. Kohnken, executive v.p of Grace and president of Grace Specialty Chemicals (GSC).
