Well, take heart; you are not alone in your inability to get your hands on mascarpone. Every week we get questions just like yours. And that's a shame because there is plenty of terrific mascarpone, every bit as good as the Italian original, being made right here in the U.S.A. There is no reason a product this good shouldn't be more widely available.
