Classic Security and First Quality Maintenance (FQM) have been awarded service contracts for 530 Fifth Ave., also known as the Bank of New York Building.
FQM and Classic were retained by The Moinian Group, which recently purchased the building.
Classic Security will provide a range of security services including uniformed lobby/concierge officers, while FQM will provide cleaning services for the 26-story, 414,000 s/f building located in Midtown's Grand Central District. The ...
