Singapore Airlines (SIA) and the Air Line Pilots Association of Singapore (ALPA-S) are pleased to have signed a 'Points of Agreement' (POA) for a new Collective Agreement (CA).
The POA will be developed into a complete Collective Agreement which will be effective from 8 September 2004 for a period of three years.
The salient points of the POA are:
- Narrowing the maximum:minimum salary range ratios from about 1.9:1 to 1.6:1;
